July 18th - A Bermuda high is expected to remain in place just off the east coast at least through the end of next week and the broad west and southwesterly wind flow will continue to bring a west and southwesterly flow of hot and humid air into the region. The high temperatures will be in the 90's for the next 5 to 6 days and possibly longer. There will be a slight chance of a shower and thunderstorm each days as several cold fronts try and move through the region from the west but it will mostly be dry with the greatest chance of showers and thunderstorms across west and northwest sections of NNJ.
